Ryan Stafford has been appointed as Vice President, Talent Management at Fluor Corporation, marking a significant leadership transition after an extensive 27-year career at AT&T.
In his new role at Fluor Corporation, he will oversee the company’s global talent strategy, including talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce capability initiatives that support long-term business growth.
During his tenure at AT&T, Ryan Stafford held several senior leadership positions across human resources, labor relations, business operations, and organizational strategy. Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner, where he played a key role in aligning HR strategy with the needs of a global workforce of approximately 50,000 employees.
He also contributed to large-scale transformation programs, executive development initiatives, and workforce learning systems impacting over 200,000 employees worldwide. In addition, he has shared his expertise as a leadership educator at institutions such as TCU Neeley Executive Education and SMU Cox School of Business Executive Education.
His appointment highlights Fluor Corporation’s continued commitment to strengthening leadership capability and talent excellence across its global organization.
