I don’t know about you, but when researching for the perfect gift / something for the home, etc, it takes time! And time is something we all don’t have to be scrolling the web for.
I have a few requirements;
☀️ Make sure it’s made in the USA (or AUS if I’m home)
☀️ Support a small business
☀️ Do I truly love the product
Recently I came across Tiny Land | Kids’ Room Ideas] I had ~20 questions about shipping, their product, etc.
After online chatting through the night, not only did they answer my questions, but ensured that shipping would be delivered within my timeframe and gave me a discount for taking the time to ask.
