With a “Join Now” CTA (call to action) what if the language read:

BUILD confidence
LOSE excuses
Get EMPOWERED
Learn to maintain your strength

I feel less yelled at and dare I say, even more seen?!

Maybe we need to learn to soften our language and give the gentleness our audience needs? Versus the finger pointing and condescending language laid out by a “health” facility.

Small b’s - we have to talk about this.

Existing members of this institution, when we receive marketing mail incentivizing us to join makes me wonder how they came up with the campaign!

Here are some thoughts about doing a blanket letterbox drop - it’s old school but we all know the small b project loves an INTEGRATED marketing campaign!

👩🏻‍💻 Who is the market you’re targeting? And what do they expect / want from you (your brand)?
👩🏻‍💻 How many people in your current LTA (local trade area) know you and invest with you currently? And if they don’t know you, why?
👩🏻‍💻 When was your last conversation/ survey with customers / potential customers to ask them what they want? This is the data part.
👩🏻‍💻 If existing customers receive marketing materials is it using their consumer dollars? If so, is the CTA (call to action) right?
👏🏻 Have you cross checked your data?
Data is key for any business. Keeps businesses connected, measured and organized - so if you’re not using your data correctly you could be missing out on potential sales & awareness.

Marketing campaign checklist:
✔️ What is your goal(s)?
✔️ Who is this campaign targeting?
✔️ Budget done? Forecasted ROI?
✔️ Have you done a data cross check? Or chosen targeted data for this campaign?
✔️ What do you want the receivers to do when they get this collateral? What is your call to action?

How you construct your integrated campaign is vital for ROI, brand awareness & your time. Be smart.
Ask questions.
Put your feet in their shoes.

Here’s a glowing recommendation for you!

I don’t know about you, but when researching for the perfect gift / something for the home, etc, it takes time! And time is something we all don’t have to be scrolling the web for.

I have a few requirements;
☀️ Make sure it’s made in the USA (or AUS if I’m home)
☀️ Support a small business
☀️ Do I truly love the product

Recently I came across Tiny Land | Kids’ Room Ideas] I had ~20 questions about shipping, their product, etc.

After online chatting through the night, not only did they answer my questions, but ensured that shipping would be delivered within my timeframe and gave me a discount for taking the time to ask.

When we ask and chat with the business vs finding it too hard, they can come up with solutions to make you a satisfied customer. So we don’t click away.

Customer service is paramount.
