Creating An Empathic Brand.
An empathic brand goes beyond listening. It's about crafting a deep foundation of what your ideal clients need to thrive. We've all heard about addressing your client's "pain-points" but in a time of cancel-culture, you must make sure your actions are backed by authenticity.
1. Start with your client's pain-points.
2, How is your business uniquely positioned to alleviate their problem?
3. Dig a little deeper. If your demographic is under-served in the marketplace, how can you create an inclusive community for them?
4. Go against convention: If your demographic is an over-worked multi-tasking parent, how can you design your brand outreach to feel relaxing and calm? Can you create a generous offer that removes some of the chaos from their life?
