Even though California passed this law, we've not been able to remove our clients' birth dates from IMDb. This was sent to us from IMDb in response to our latest request: "IMDb is currently engaged in litigation with the California Attorney General challenging the constitutionality of California Bill AB 1687. While litigation pertaining to AB 1687 is in progress, IMDb will not be removing birth date or age data subject to the bill." The fight continues.

California Gov. Jerry Brown has signed a bill into law that will require websites like IMDB Pro to remove the ages of actors and others listed on the site if asked by them to do so.
