Building businesses without losing sight of the life we’re building them for.

Agriculture has always been a part of who I am, and as I finish my Agribusiness degree, it continues to shape the way I approach business and marketing.

Diamond MR was built to help business owners create a stronger foundation, market with purpose, and grow with intention.

Because good marketing shouldn’t just keep you busy. It should help move your business forward.

Today’s office just happens to have a pretty good view. 🤎

Very thankful for every client who has trusted me, every person who has supported me, and every opportunity that has come my way. 🤍

22, running my own business, finishing college, and stepping into a full-time internship… life is busy, but it’s everything I prayed for.

Just a little proof that you can keep growing, keep accomplishing your goals, and keep becoming who you’re meant to be, even when you know not everyone is praying for your success. 😉

The people in my corner know who they are, and I’ll never stop being thankful for them. Here’s to building a life I’m proud of, one crazy busy day at a time. 🤍

Another small business officially ready to launch 🤎

The Western Barrel came to me needing their social media presence built from the ground up, and I got to bring it all together!

✦ Custom logo design
✦ Custom Facebook cover photo
✦ Facebook + Instagram business setup
✦ Meta Business Suite setup & connection
✦ Complete branding across both platforms

I love taking the little things that can feel overwhelming when starting a business and turning them into something polished, organized, and ready to grow.

Go show The Western Barrel some love and keep an eye out for their products!

BRAND ROUNDUP | Bowie, TX

Another new small business right here in Bowie that deserves some love!

They recently decided to take the leap and start a business of their own, something they had wanted to do for a while. A big part of that decision was creating something that would allow Jeremy to work closer to home while also providing services that people in our area actually need.

Right now they offer flatbed trailer rentals, hauling assistance, tractor work like brush hogging and tilling, and even a hay spike that hooks up to your truck to make moving hay around your property a whole lot easier.

And they are just getting started! They are hoping to add dump trailers, car haulers, and possibly even side by side rentals in the future.

This is exactly why I love doing Brand Roundup. There are so many people around here taking a chance on themselves and building something from the ground up, and sometimes all it takes is getting their name in front of a few more people.

If you are around Bowie or the surrounding area, go check them out and keep them in mind the next time you need a trailer, tractor work, or some extra help getting something hauled!

I still have openings for upcoming Brand Roundups, so if you have a small business or know one I need to feature, send them my way!

Had a meeting today that reminded me why I love what I do.

This time, I’m not marketing to find consumers. I’m helping a business reach a very specific group of people and show them that there are still workplaces out there that genuinely care about their people, their growth, and the environment they come to every day.

Marketing looks different for every business. Sometimes you need more customers. Sometimes you need the right employees. Sometimes you have an amazing business, but you’re struggling to get the right message in front of the right people.

That’s the part I love — sitting down, figuring out who we actually need to reach, and building the marketing around them instead of just posting to post.

If you or a business you know is struggling with marketing, hiring, getting your name out there, or honestly just doesn’t know what direction to go next, I’d love to hear about it. Even if you’re not sure what you need yet, we can start there.
