Still staying busy in this fall weather helping save people money.

Customer reached out wanting to get their system replaced and wanted to have their duct work looked at.

After investigating the duct work, found out majority of the runs were not even hooked up or barely hanging on, also was informed by the customer they had tried to repair their main plenum prior to calling.

Looking at the plenum the plenum was 40% rusted completely out.

REPAIR / REPLACEMENT TIME

We pulled out the Old system and came back with a Ducane 80% 70k downflow Furnace, 3t Cased coil and 3t A/C.

While the furnace and coil were out we pulled out the old rusted plenum and replaced it along with 18" of main duct that was heavily rusted. In the process we dropped down the main duct and insulated every inch of the main duct to R-6 then ran new R-6 Flex. Total of 14 runs were replaced.

Over all the customer was extremely happy with the outcome and he told us he saved around 8k using us 💪💪

Well as we are laminating the current project we are printing the next. The grind never stops 🤘 This is putting overtime this week getting two jobs printed and trying to get them ready for installation this weekend 👍
