We started working on this project in the pet veterinary industry in December 2023, with a focus on building steady organic growth.
At the beginning, the site had very limited visibility, averaging around 41 organic visits. Over time, through ongoing technical improvements, content optimization, and consistent SEO work, traffic grew to nearly 9,000 monthly visits by September 2025.
Keyword visibility also improved significantly:
From just a handful of ranking keywords
To over 1,600 keywords, including 500+ in the top 3 positions
In September, the client decided to explore a new direction and transition to an AI-based agency model.
It will be interesting to see how this approach develops in the pet veterinary space, where trust, local intent, and accurate information play key roles.
From my perspective, AI can be a valuable support tool, especially for efficiency and scaling. At the same time, long-term growth still benefits from a structured approach, consistency, and a clear understanding of user intent.
