Imagine waking up to waves crashing below, drinking your morning coffee on that stone balcony, and watching the sun disappear across the water every evening.

An old stone house perched above the water, a forgotten covered bridge below, and a narrow trail disappearing into the hillside. It feels like a place time simply forgot.

Most people would’ve called it a lost cause… until they saw the AFTER. 🏚️➡️🏡

Years of neglect had nearly erased what made this old house special. Weathered walls, broken details, overgrowth—everything pointed toward demolition.

But instead of tearing it down, imagine someone seeing what was still there: the craftsmanship, the character, and a house worth fighting for.

Piece by piece, the old beauty comes back. Not replaced—revived.

They didn’t tear this house down… because nobody could agree on what they were looking at. 👀🏚️

Years of weather warped the wood until the front of the house almost seemed to have a face of its own. The windows became tired eyes, the doorway a crooked mouth, and the twisted grain gave it an expression that seemed to change depending on where you stood.

Maybe it’s just an old house slowly surrendering to time.

But imagine walking through these woods and seeing THIS staring back at you.

They told me this room was too far gone to save… then THIS happened. 🏚️➡️🏡

For years, this incredible curved room sat exposed to the weather. The ceiling was collapsing, the furniture was ruined, and leaves and debris covered the floor. But behind all that decay were those massive windows and a view that deserved another chance.

Instead of changing what made the room special, the restoration kept its original curved design and turned it into a bright, comfortable living space overlooking the woods.

Sometimes the best part of an abandoned house isn’t imagining what it used to be…it’s imagining what it could be again.
