Our Story
The reason we started the Ct Home Navigator was to provide a means for Realtors and Home and Business services to reach the very people they serve. There has never been a magazine that combines the real estate market with vendors of all kinds. In one place, readers can access all they need to buy, sell, repair, refinance, insure or upgrade their home.
The Navigator is also online, on Facebook and other social media to further expose our family of advertisers to a greater number of consumers. Our targeting methods have resulted in a growing list of interested people.
Since the beginning, in 2009, we have added improvements to our magazine. Glossy pages, targeted distributions, better printing, perpetual updates to our web site, creative social media, upgrades to our production equipment and software have allowed us to remain competitively priced.
As we look forward to another record year, we will be looking for ways to further improve the magazine. Some changes may be subtle, others more robust. In either case, the need to “keep it fresh” will always be an important part of our business strategy.
