Welcome new members! This group is going to take me a bit to get a good amount of people in here. It’s for senior placement, service agencies only.  my intention for this group was to create a  positive community to help with our businesses in every area.  if you know of another placement agency that you would like to invite, it will be appreciated! it will help me grow this group.  the more placement agencies we have inside the group, the better it adds more value having insights and ideas all over the United States. I’m also going to say this. If you are more of a corporate service agency where you’re not in the field, locally relationships inside the homes, etc. this isn’t the group for you. As we know  this type of placement agency is ran very different from our privately owned placement service agencies. Not anything against this type of agency it’s a business,  although the two businesses, service seniors, and find homes for them to live, they’re done very differently.

If you are still with me comment below your website I can look over your website and share with you the few very small but effective things I added that made it go from just clicks on my website to getting the persons information and connecting with them.

What are the struggles most small business are facing? I work with a specific type of business and I would call myself an expert when it comes to knowing their pains and then the solution. If you could have a very clear plan to do all the things to make your business grow, would it be a priority for you?
I love what I do because I love the results I get for my clients. To take that burden off their chest with in a few short weeks of us working together is what I love.
Just remember this if one person has created success in the same business as you then you can to! You could be the first because anything is possible!! Do your research find out what needs to be done to create the success you want the reverse engineering the things you have to do to get there!!
Put yourself around people that already have the success you want, and don’t be afraid to fail just get it done!!!
Here’s to all the small businesses owners it’s not easy but worth it! Keep up the hard work!!

I know it gets complicated for assisted living homes and placement services agencies to really utilize this tool but I’m here to help. You knowing who your ideal customer is 1000% a must in marketing your homes and agencies.
The confusion is you don’t actually speak to your clients it’s 99% of the time their children seeking for placements. They are actually scared to take any steps in the right direction. The conversation with their loved ones still hadn’t happened when they started their search.
So what can you do to reach and more importantly speak to your target market. Video marketing. It is one of the first changes we make with business is add a video to the website. In this video you want to really come from your heart relating to all the feelings you know they are feeling and giving them call to action. Their cta is going to be them filling out a lead form so you will receive their information.
What we’ve found is the faster you can get in the phone with the family the better off. When they deal with social workers they are being relayed messages and it still leaves them uncertain.

98% of clients start online searching for assisted living homes but almost 100% of referrals come from the social workers. I’ve found the gap and created a bridge giving you the business owner back the control.
