🎉 Happy Employee Appreciation Day to our incredible team!

This month is a time to honor the achievements, leadership and lasting influence of Black individuals throughout history — and to acknowledge that Black history is still being written every day. It’s also a moment to pause and reflect on the progress made, while recognizing the work that remains in building a more equitable society.

At Dix & Eaton and Standing Partnership, we strive to create understanding, elevate voices and help move communities forward.

Today, we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and reflect on one of his most powerful reminders: “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’”

Inclusion is not just an idea. It’s a daily practice. It shows up in how we listen, how we collaborate, and how we support one another.
When people feel respected and affirmed, they’re empowered to contribute fully and grow with confidence. Let’s continue building cultures where everyone belongs.
