The race for Mayor of Carlingford has begun, and our first candidate would like a word with the voters.

Or perhaps your coin purse.

THE RAT has thrown his hat into the ring!

What exactly are his qualifications for public office? We're still trying to determine that. But he's resourceful, he's determined, and he assures us that any rumors concerning missing cheese, unexplained town expenses, or suspicious dealings in dark alleyways are completely unrelated to his campaign.

This past Saturday, we returned to Carlingford for Central Missouri Renaissance Festival special 21+ event, Neverland. And it was every bit of a wild night, full of all of the shenanigans, swashbuckling, and mischief you could expect from a bunch of pirates, fairies, and Vikings! Please Like, tag, follow and share!

We journeyed to the small town of Eldon, MO for the Dragon Lake Renaissance Festival, a small budding Faire with an intimate feel and exciting entertainers. Here is the first of two batches of pics.
