Here is Tom's Tuesday Tip:

Many people think that after they purchase a domain name it is time to get that website built. This is further from the truth. There are many other things that you need to set up before building a website.
Just a few of these items are getting that SSL certificate (Google likes to see this), verifying your domain with Google, Setting up your professional email address (the address that uses your domain name), and using your new domain name to create and secure your social media handles or usernames. These are just a few things.
There are still a lot more items that need to be checked off.

Ok guys, my daughter just came to me needing help with a word problem. It had multiplication in it. I'm ashamed to say this but I caught myself using my fingers. Lol! WOW, do I feel old. Hey everyone,
As a business owner, you have to wear many hats. You are the salesperson, accountant, production manager, human resources, content writer, marketer, etc. This list goes on and on.

Owning a business also has its wins and losses. Over the last 6 years, we certainly have had many of those.

It’s important to celebrate our wins, but we also need to learn from our losses. Happy and sad, it all adds up to who you are and what you stand for.

In the end, there’s one thing we can all agree on: We’ll never be perfect. It's a part of life. Accepting that makes everything easier. With every loss, there's a lesson.
