In the massive wake of Saturday, May 2nd in downtown Stillwater, MN - The SuperFly 26’ proved, without question, to be the most electrifying grappling showcase for the community of Midwest - of all time

From all the media, local gyms, the viewers at home, the sold out crowd, myself & partner in crime ..

We were all captivated by the sensational talents & brilliance of these athletes who put it all on the line under the big time lights and up on the stage 🔥

The build up to this one was absolute madness -

The stakes were the highest they’ve ever been -

This card - From top to bottom - was pure gold 🥇

The main event was elevated to immeasurable new heights by two of Minnesotas most elite female grappling superstars - of & of 🏆

This night was a profound testament to the powerful growth and fierce arrival of what we have ALL been tirelessly creating up here in Midwest Jiu Jitsu for a long time now

Once Upon a Time 🎩

Thank you to for hosting an impressive sparring session this past Saturday 5.18.24 and welcoming in some of the best striking talent in the greater area 🥊

The rounds were showcased were artistic, strategic and a little bit of that thunder when put this type class all in one room 🦾

Great work to all the athletes for showing up to ball out and keeping the collective in good standing as we departed.

We all compete in our loyal spaces but as a community - we only get stronger and make national waves when we can come together and let the best be with the best.

Hands raised to all of you in this present chapter and we must do this again in the future and even bigger 🔥

The dream is his entire life - 👑

Devon ‘The Dream’ Lozej captivated the masses on Saturday night with his electric Championship victory at Expo Center for the Mecca XXI.

For ‘The Dream - It was yet another bold step into the direction of his souls highest calling.

Speaking it into existence and actualizing his vision with the sheer will of a poor kid from Dryden who’s heart and mettle were forged in a bay guarded by thunder ⚡️

Devon and I got to know each other really well
over the last 3 months. Traveling to his home, meeting his family, teammates, and friends. Countless messages, phone calls and profound moments of affirmation - Learning the boundless shades of his deeply spirited self.

To tell a great story - especially one of human experiences - requires great vulnerability and even greater trust.

The Road To Gold was articulated and expressed through the trust of two strangers that had one striking commonalty - We believe in Dreams.

A great storyteller, must always have the courage walk with someone to their highest imagination and follow them into the darkest of their nightmares -

To listen -

to understand.

Devon entrusted me to spread his message of truth. His life of perseverance. His testimony to never back down, never give up, and always be fearless in your dreams.

I’m thankful of this time I have spent with Devon Lozej and proud of the story we were able to tell together.

What I will take most from this chapter on my journey to tell the greatest stories never told - is that two strangers can accomplish great feats simply by opening their souls and allowing great vulnerability

It is only here - which true friendship can be formed.
