Not everyone knows this about me, but… we’re a cat family 🐾
These four have quietly been part of our everyday rhythm for years—Angelica and Sedona holding down the “wise girls” role at 11, and the brothers, Pencil and Popcorn, bringing the personality (and a little chaos) to the mix.
This little AI piece felt like the sweetest way to capture them all together… especially today.
Popcorn—the one with the galaxy eye—is heading into surgery. He’s been blind since he was a kitten, but today he’ll lose his last bit of light perception. It’s heavy, if I’m being honest. But it’s also the right step to give him comfort and a better quality of life moving forward.
If you’ve ever loved a pet, you know… they’re never “just animals.” They become part of your story, your home, your heart.
I’ll be sharing a bit of today’s journey in my stories—before and after. Some of it may feel real and a little raw, so just a gentle heads up there.
