To keep things running smoothly, full payment is required before any order is started. I’ve been kinda lenient but I got to stick to the policy!

Why do I require payment upfront?
✨ Supplies and materials are purchased specifically for your order.
✨ Time is spent creating mockups, digitizing embroidery files, and preparing your design.
✨ It helps reduce cancellations and unpaid custom orders.
✨ It allows me to stay organized and complete orders in the order they are received.

Because every item is custom-made just for you, I cannot resell personalized items if an order is canceled.
