Another Real Food Real Results shoot completed ✅

The thing I love most about this is meeting the owners of these restaurants Diane and her husband run Diane Conigliaro together and they are an absolute powerhouse!

Located inside of the Morton Plant Northbay Hospital they are serving up all kinds of deliciousness from fresh made breakfast bagels, salads, wraps to coffee, matcha and even some sweets like they’re famous chocolate chunk cookies!

It was awesome to get to see them in action feeding the staff and visitors alike and one thing I can tell you is that I heard a lot of “mmm this is so good” while I was there! So much so that I grabbed myself and some friends some lunch on my way out.

If you’re interested in booking your Real Food Real Results shoot send me a message it’s only $125 but I have limited openings!

When was the last time you had family photos taken somewhere that actually felt like real life? 🧺📸

On September 22nd, Sunflower Socials, Dirty Britches Laundry, and Nadine B. | Tampa Bay Photographer are teaming up for something a little different: a limited LIFESTYLE CONTENT SHOOT featuring real families and couples.

Think sitting on the folding tables, little ones peeking through washer doors, folding clothes together, laughing, playing, and all those ordinary little interactions that somehow become the ones you want to remember most.

For this special shoot day, sessions are $99 and include:

• Your full gallery of edited images (10+)
• A $50 Dirty Britches Laundromat credit
• A fun, relaxed 20-minute photo experience

Because images from these sessions will be used to create content for the laundromat, all participants must be comfortable signing a model release allowing their images to be used for advertising, marketing, website, and social media.

This is a one-day creative collaboration between Sunflower Socials, Dirty Britches Laundromat, and Nadine B. Photography.

The images shared here are from our last shoot at this exact location, so you can get a feel for what to expect.

Only a handful of spots are available for September 22nd. Send us a message to claim one. 🤍

Okay y’all, the Content Table spots are filling up! 👀

I only have 3 spots left for September and 4 spots available for October for my Real Food, Real Results Content Table offering.

If there’s enough interest, I may open a few November dates too, so let me know if that’s something you’d want!

Real food. Real photos. Content you can actually use to show people what you’re serving. 💛

Message me if you want one of the remaining spots!

Your food deserves to look like your food.

And I get why so many restaurants, cafés, bakeries and food businesses have started leaning on AI-generated food images. Traditional food photography can be expensive, marketing budgets are tight, and sometimes you’re just trying to keep up with everything else that comes with running a business.

But the reality is, consumers notice.

People want to see what they’re actually ordering. They want the real sandwich, the real latte, the real dessert sitting in your case. And when the photos don’t match the experience, it can absolutely impact whether someone decides to order, visit, or keep scrolling.

That’s exactly why I created Real Food, Real Results.

The goal is simple: make real food images more accessible for local businesses that may not have a huge marketing budget, but still deserve content that makes their food look as good online as it does in person.

The Content Table, includes:

8 dishes photographed
Up to 2 drinks or desserts
Up to 20 edited images
$125

No huge production. No complicated campaign. Just real menu items, photographed intentionally, so you have a bank of content you can actually use.

For now, I’m offering these sessions exclusively to food-related businesses in Pasco + Hernando County.

If this sounds like something your business could use, DM me “CONTENT TABLE” and I’ll send you the details.

And if you know a local restaurant, coffee shop, bakery or food business that could benefit from this, tag them below. 💛

REAL FOOD. REAL RESULTS.

I’ve been sitting on this idea for a little while, and today I finally got to bring it to life at main_munchery

As more restaurants turn to AI-generated food photos, consumers are missing something pretty important: seeing the actual food they’re about to order.

That’s why I’m launching Real Food, Real Results, a new campaign offering affordable photo and video content packages specifically for restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, food trucks, and other food-based businesses.

Real menu items. Real photos. Content that actually makes people hungry.

Main Munchery was the perfect place to bring this idea to life because seriously…LOOK AT THAT FOOD.

I’ll be sharing the final photos and all the package details very soon, but for now, tell me: what kind of local food business should I photograph next? 👀

And if you’re excited about Real Food, Real Results, let me know below! 🌻

Kinda chic to do the trend even though there are mean girls saying not to. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Listen, I know we’re all supposed to be analyzing trends and deciding when they’re officially over and pretending we’re way too cool to participate once everyone else is doing it…

But sometimes social media is allowed to just be fun.

Do the trend. Skip the trend. Be late to the trend. Post the thing that makes you laugh. Not every piece of content needs to be a groundbreaking marketing strategy.

And personally? I think enjoying things is kinda chic.

Even when the “other” marketing girlies say it’s cringe. 💛

AI-generated food photos… do you love them, hate them, or genuinely not care? 👀

I’ve been doing a LOT of research lately around AI-generated imagery in the food industry, both my own informal market research and digging into the consumer research that’s already out there.

And the part I’m most interested in isn’t really “Is AI good or bad?”

It’s does it actually affect consumer behavior?

When you see a restaurant, bakery, coffee shop, etc. using AI-generated photos of food instead of photos of the actual food they serve… does that change how you feel about eating there?

I want to know where you fall:

1️⃣ I don’t support businesses that use AI-generated food images.

2️⃣ I’d still support them, but it DOES impact my perception or decision. Maybe I’m less likely to order something, visit for the first time, or I just don’t connect with the content as much.

3️⃣ I genuinely don’t care. If the food is good, the food is good.

There’s no “correct” answer here. I’m genuinely curious about how consumers are responding to this shift, especially as someone who works in marketing with small businesses.

Drop 1, 2, or 3 below and tell me why if you feel like elaborating.

Just keep the conversation respectful. I’m here for the research, not an AI cage match. 😂

Did you miss me?
I know, I know. It’s been a minute.

The last time I posted here was April when I announced that I was taking a little summer break to focus on my family and pour more of myself into Featured in Florida.

And boy oh boy did I need that. I took time to focus on current clients, refine my process, and soaked up a beautiful summer with my boys who are growing faster than I care to think about.

But now they are back in school, summer break is officially over and Sunflower Socials is coming back with a BANG.

I’m back, inspired, slightly chaotic and full of ideas. There are so many exciting things happening behind the scenes, including new availability for content shoots and a few select openings for full-service social media management. More to come on that...

So if you've been wanting to inquire about services or just happy to see me back in action... drop a comment because I missed ya'll!

If you haven’t noticed… things have been a little quiet on this page.
And I want to fill you in on why.

The past few months have been a mix of highs and lows, and a lot of it has required me to step back and really focus on what matters most. One of the biggest reasons is that mom life has needed more of me lately. My oldest son has been going through some health challenges, and naturally, that comes first. Always.

But that’s not the only reason.

I’ve also spent a lot of time reflecting on why I started Sunflower Socials in the first place. And the truth is… what I love most about this isn’t just social media. It’s the relationships. The people. The businesses I get to work closely with and truly support.

So I made the decision to reduce my workload and focus on the clients I already have, so I can give them the quality, attention, and creativity they deserve. I genuinely have the best clients, and I’m so grateful for the trust and understanding they’ve given me during this season.

And if I’m being honest… another reason it’s been quiet here is because I don’t just want to post about what you should be doing on social media. As much as I love what I do, that kind of content doesn’t always feel aligned for me anymore.

Instead, I’ve been pouring into something that lights me up in a different way our family travel channel, Featured in Florida. It’s become a space where we get to explore, support local businesses, and create memories together… and that’s where a lot of my creative energy has been going.

With all of that being said, I’ve decided to officially close my books through the summer and reopen in August 2026. This allows me to continue serving my current clients well while also showing up fully for my family.

This season looks a little different… but it’s one I’m really grateful for 🤍
