Most practice owners have been conditioned to believe patient acquisition has to cost:
• $5k–$10k retainers
• massive ad budgets
• complicated funnels
• agencies speaking in riddles
• “brand awareness campaigns” that never turn into booked appointments
So when I tell them:
“We guarantee 30 booked patients in 90 days or we work for free until we get there.”
…they immediately assume there’s a catch.
There isn’t.
The reason we can do it at this price is because we built the system around efficiency, not agency theater.
We already know:
• what offers convert
• what ad structures work
• what landing pages book
• what follow-up sequences recover leads
• what messaging attracts buyers instead of price shoppers
We’re not guessing every month.
We’re not reinventing the wheel for every clinic.
We’re not charging you to “experiment.”
And honestly?
I’ve considered tripling the price more than once purely because people trust expensive things more.
But I’d rather become known as the company that actually helped nurse practitioners grow than the agency with the prettiest proposal deck.
Most clinics don’t need more marketing.
They need a predictable patient acquisition system.
That’s the difference.
