Small details you’ll never see. I always drill tiny divots in the handle material and the steel so the West System has a little extra to bite into. No shortcuts. .

The new anvil stand is dialed.
This clip is just center punching a drill location in steel, but listen to the hammer.
No ring. Just rebound.
When an anvil is mounted right, energy goes back into the work instead of disappearing into noise and vibration.
That quick drum roll sound and crispy bounce is exactly what you want.
The hammer by Fatboy Forge is magic too!
Small details make better work.

One of the things I love about making kitchen tools is seeing where they end up.

Some end up in professional kitchens.
Some get used for family dinners.

I just make the tool.

The good stuff happens after it leaves the shop.
