Hey everyone! I’d like to inform everybody that I run mostly off of appointments, that means I’m on a timed schedule almost every day of the week.
I allow a certain amount of time for each hair cut for a short delay because I know everyone’s timing can’t be perfect I also allow enough time for a good conversation so I don’t have to rush through your haircut with out speaking.
With that being said,
If you make an appointment with me and do not show up, or cancel less than an hour ahead of time (because I know things come up) I will have to charge you the amount of the hair cut you booked for. You may not pay willingly but before you receive a service from me again I will hold your debt owed seriously.
It is not fair to me or my clients that I turn away just for someone that has scheduled to not show up. That means I didn’t get paid and one person that was willing to pay and get a haircut didn’t get what they wanted.
In the long run this is a professional business , this is my lively hood, i can no longer take a loss for no-shows. Iv been letting it slide for a year now, I no longer can.
If you book and don’t show up or cancel continuously you will be placed on the after hours book which is an additional 20 dollars on top of the no-show charge which is whatever you booked for and didn’t show up to receive, on top of your present haircuts cost.
If your going to be late communicate with me I would much rather move your appointment to work with you rather than you not showing up at all, this message is mostly for new clientele, almost everyone that has continued to come to me respects my wishes and everyone gets along.

‼️IN ADDITION I WOULD LIKE TO PROUDLY ANNOUNCE AFTER HOUR HAIRCUTS ARE AVAILABLE‼️ for men and women that work late or can’t get free till after 6!
