HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY 💙

As we were thinking about what to write for Mother’s Day, we realized something…

No words will ever truly be enough for mothers. 🤰🤱

Because mothers are there for almost every season of our lives, even in the quiet moments nobody notices.

A mother is usually the first person we run to when life becomes too heavy—the one who calms us in chaos, stays awake worrying, and sacrifices quietly without asking for recognition.

Sometimes we only realize how much they carry when we grow older. 🥺

We remember moms who worked all day and still came home asking if everyone had eaten.
The ones who pretended to be strong when they were tired, who skipped things for themselves just to give more for their children, and who carried both responsibilities and dreams at the same time.

And honestly, that’s one of the reasons why Mom-UA exists today.

This company was founded by three mothers who understood what it means to balance motherhood, work, dreams, and everyday life all at once.

They inspired this company through the same love, care, patience, resilience, and strength they carry every day.

Because motherhood does not mean dreams have to stop. Women can nurture families while also building, leading, and creating opportunities along the way. ✨

Through Mom-UA, we have met incredible women and mothers with stories that deserve to be heard.

It is found in everyday sacrifices, in showing up even when exhausted, in continuing despite fear, and in loving deeply even on difficult days.

Today, we celebrate all mothers—biological, adoptive, grandmothers, fur moms, mother figures, single moms, soon-to-be moms, and every woman with a mother’s heart. ❤️‍🩹

We also hold space for those grieving, healing, longing, remembering, or hoping to become mothers one day. 💌🙏

To all moms:
Thank you for being the calm in chaos, the safe place in difficult times, and the strength behind so many families and dreams. 🌷

No one we know is as in love with life as she is, and that is something we will always admire about her. 👩

We have learned so much from her — to appreciate life more, to keep going despite all the uncertainties and complexities, and to still see goodness, believing that everything will eventually find its way to resolution. 💪

“All will be good. We will find a solution. Just keep going, keep pushing—only by not stopping will we get there.”
These are the words we always hear from her. ❤️‍🩹

And for a team that sometimes feels overwhelmed and pressured, hearing those words from her is incredibly grounding.
She brings reassurance, stability, and a quiet strength that steadies everyone around her.

Being led by someone who is full of life, grit, and positivity is something we will never take for granted. 🙏

She is literally just one text away.
One ping, and she is always there—responding with patience, clarity, and genuine care. 💌

She is the one who double-checks everything, checks in on each of us, and resolves issues quickly before they even escalate.

Thank you for being a leader who truly cares, supports, and uplifts everyone around you.
The project moves smoother because of your hard work, and the team feels lighter because of your presence. ✨

Today, we celebrate not only your birthday, but also the amazing person and leader you are. 🎂

We are wishing you good health, safety, peace of heart and mind, and a calm, steady nervous system.

May life continue to be kind to you, the same way you are kind to everyone around you.

Happy Birthday to our dearest Anastasiia. 💙

Starting a new month and welcoming May with a simple but powerful mindset 💙

Let’s all repeat this together:
“I am living. I am able. I am breathing. I am grateful.” ✨

These four affirmations may seem simple, but they ground us.
They remind us that before the goals, deadlines, and pressure—we are already enough, already capable, already here.

We have so much more to offer, and we continue showing up, doing our best each day.
It honors how far we’ve come while keeping us present in where we are now.

We’ve learned that not every day feels strong or certain.
There are days filled with doubts, delays, and unexpected challenges—especially in an ever-evolving business, handling complex projects.

In the middle of all this complexity, we may not always be perfect, but we stay hands-on, we stay committed, and we keep everything moving forward.

And sometimes, that alone is already a win.

Coming back to these words helps us reset.
It gives us clarity, strength, and a sense of calm to keep going.

“I am living” reminds us to be present.
“I am able” reminds us we can figure things out.
“I am breathing” reminds us to pause and not rush everything.
“I am grateful” reminds us we already have so much to hold onto.

Starting with this mindset doesn’t remove the challenges—but it changes how we face them. 💪

Here’s to showing up again this May—with intention, resilience, and gratitude . 🙏

And here’s a short video from our last business trip—raw and real, behind the scenes. 📽️

This is the truth. It’s not always the polished, well-dressed, composed version you see.
Before all that, this is what it looks like.

This video is a testament to how we persevere—the power of women showing up in the field, pushing forward even without perfect conditions. Because sometimes, strength is simply continuing despite it all. ❤️‍🩹

In today’s world, AI is everywhere—fast, powerful, and always processing. 🤖

And to be honest, it’s tempting, right? 🤔
Not to double-check and just trust it because it feels more efficient.

In business, education, and personal life, tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and Copilot make information accessible in seconds.

In research work, especially when handling large volumes of data, AI is undeniably helpful.
It can scan, sort, summarize, and detect patterns in ways that save hours of manual work. 🗂️

But what AI sees are patterns—not real-life experience.

At MOM-UA, our work is deeply rooted in field operations.

We don’t just analyze data sitting on a screen—
we handle customer research, market research, audits, and procurement processes shaped by real environments, real people, and real situations.

And in this kind of work, relying only on AI means losing the most important part of research—the context.

Because here’s the reality:
Speed is not the same as accuracy. 💯

AI can process information quickly, but it doesn’t fully understand intent, exceptions, nuance, or what actually happens on the ground.
That’s where human validation becomes critical.

At MOM-UA, we don’t replace people with AI—we combine them.

AI helps us move fast.
Humans make sure it actually makes sense.

Humans catch what AI misses:
• subtle inconsistencies
• real-world context
• edge cases that don’t fit standard logic
• meaning behind numbers

And more importantly, humans interpret impact:
◼️ How can this data be useful in real business contexts?

◼️ How can these insights drive better decisions?

◼️ How can research results actually improve customer experience?

Because in real research, the question isn’t just “Is this correct?” 😱

It’s “Does this actually make sense in real life—and what can we do with it?”

Today is one of the special days of Mom-UA. 🎉

Despite how busy things are, we’re taking a moment to celebrate our beloved Iuliia. 👸

Happy birthday, Iuliia! 🎂💐
You’ve been such a positive presence—not just in the company, but to everyone who gets to work with you. There’s something about your calm energy and the way you treat people that really stands out. ✨

It really means a lot that we get to hear you every day on our calls—especially during busy and high-pressure days, your presence somehow makes things feel lighter. 🥹

Even today, you’re still showing up and working despite it being your birthday, and that says a lot about your dedication. 🌟

I hope you still get to enjoy your day, even in between everything. Wishing you more good moments ahead—you truly deserve them.

Warm greetings from different parts of the world- we're celebrating you today! 💌

We love you!

It always starts the same way.

Monday morning, alarm goes off and for a few seconds you just stare at the ceiling thinking, “Wait… already?” 😨

We like Monday because it feels like a reset—another chance to start again. 🌱
To check a list of things in our notes, bring in more ideas, and move projects forward. 📝💡

We also don’t like it because everything suddenly feels rushed. 😬
Your energy isn’t fully there yet, but the world already expects you to be “on.”
Everything starts moving before you’ve even fully warmed up.

And in that gap, you feel it—frustration, anxiety, that mental overload that Monday quietly brings. You try to push yourself into productivity, but sometimes it just feels like you’re forcing momentum that isn’t there yet.

But at MOM-UA, Monday still comes with pressure—we just don’t start the day by amplifying it. ❤️‍🩹

We have daily meetings where we don’t jump straight into tasks.
We check in first. We ask how the weekend was. Small chitchat, random life updates—just to ease into the day. A few minutes of being human before being “work mode.”

And during work, we also catch those Monday moments—when someone is still loading, when details need to be repeated, when we remind each other patiently instead of rushing.
We give grace to each other because we’re all figuring it out together.

That’s how we build our Monday culture.
Not smooth. Not perfectly organized. Just… shared. And that’s where progress actually happens.

So Monday doesn’t feel like something to fear—it feels like something we slowly step into, together.

And that’s another Monday done. We move into the rest of the week the same way—together.

What’s your Monday like? Share it with us.

Close your eyes and say it with me…

“What a privilege it is to be exhausted from work that you once prayed for.

What a privilege it is to be overwhelmed by growth.

What a privilege it is to be challenged by a business you built with purpose.

What a privilege it is to be tired… from a pursuit you chose.”

These words are reminders that keep us grounded.

They take us back to a time when all we had were quiet prayers and loud dreams.

We asked for opportunities—
for clients who would trust us,
for people who would believe in what we’re building,
for projects that would finally give us a chance.

Now fast forward.
Our inbox is full—not just emails, but WhatsApp, Telegram… constant pings all day.
Inquiries, updates, check-ins, status calls—one after another.
Deadlines chasing us. Minds crowded. Bodies tired.

And this feels very real for us right now—as co-founders, as a team—because we’re in a phase that feels overwhelming.

The exhaustion is real.

We don’t talk about this enough—the part where blessings don’t always feel light.
Most of the time, they come with pressure. Big responsibility. Sleepless nights.

Decisions you have to make even when your mind is already drained.
Nights when you’re still awake—not because you want to be, but because things need you.
Not every day feels exciting.
Not every day feels like an accomplishment.

Do you feel this too?

There are days when we love what we do, but it still feels heavy.
Days when passion isn’t enough.
Days when we quietly question if we can keep going.

And that doesn’t make us ungrateful.
It makes us human—feeling it, acknowledging it, and still showing up.

Being grateful doesn’t cancel exhaustion.
It just gives it meaning.

We’re sharing this because this is real—the behind-the-scenes of running a business.

And when it all feels too much, may we have the courage to pause and remind ourselves:

What a privilege it is…
to run a business we built from nothing,
to support a team and people who depend on us,
to create opportunities for freelancers and people on the ground across different projects—
and still know, deep down…
this is exactly where we once hoped to be.

Happy Easter. 🙏

This Sunday feels like a quiet pause—a moment to breathe, reflect, and think about new beginnings in a simple way.

Even with work and everyday responsibilities, we still try to slow down and remember what this day means.

It reminds us that even after difficult moments, there is still hope.
Not always loud or easy, but the kind of hope you quietly hold onto and choose every day.

For those of us living and working in the context of war, Ukrainians continue to face each day with uncertainty.

Easter carries a deeper meaning for us.
It is not only about celebration, but also about continuing—showing up for our families, our work, and our country even in uncertain times.

Staying here is not easy.
There are hard days and moments of fear, but also a strong sense of purpose and responsibility that keeps us going.

We may not live in a peaceful world yet, but we still hold onto the hope that peace will come one day—for us and for every place that needs it.

Until then, we keep going with quiet strength and steady hope.

Working from home isn’t just a trend anymore—it’s literally the new normal. 👩‍💻

And honestly? It’s not about where you sit anymore. It’s about how you work. 💯

Because productivity doesn’t come from office chairs… it comes from results. 📝

And remote work proves that every single day.

Our team is a perfect example. 💙

We’re not in one office. Not even in one country. We’re spread across Asia, Europe, and beyond.

Different time zones. Different cultures. Same goal. 🤝

And yes—it still works.

The only “room” we all share is Google Meet… and honestly, does that count as an office now? 😭

We’re so used to the idea that “real work = office setup,” so when someone says they work from home, the first reaction is usually: “Oh… so what exactly do you do?” 🤔😱

But that’s the point—we’re proving that work doesn’t have to look a certain way to be real.

We’re also showing that parents don’t have to choose between career and family anymore.

No more “work OR home.”

It’s work AND home. ❤️‍🩹💻🖱️

Most of our team are moms and dads who are actually thriving in this setup. 🤱👨

And the real win?

Time. ⭐

Time to be present.
Time to breathe.
Time to actually live life between deadlines.

Working from home doesn’t mean less professionalism.

It means trust. Flexibility. And a new way of working that actually makes sense.

As MOM Iuliia, said it best:

What’s the best part of working from home?

“You can literally work from your bed with a crown on your head 👑.”

And honestly? That’s the cutest "I'm just a girl" moment ever. 🎀

Remote work isn’t perfect.
But it’s proof that work doesn’t have to look “traditional” to actually work. 👌

04/09/2026

We’ve seen this trend for a while and couldn’t resist hopping in—editing a reel like a reality show.

🎬 MOM-UA Field Manager: In Action.

All eyes are on the project… and you’re the one pulling the strings from afar. 👀

Truth is, most days for our field and assignment managers feel just like this—pressure, tension, tiny wins here and there.

Every day feels like a countdown scene on a reality show: updates are due, PMs are waiting, clients are asking… 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️

"The week is almost over. Have you found the shoppers yet?"

"We need 50 people on the ground."

"Quota is 600… it’s midweek, and we’re only at 10."

"Hello… are you still interested?"

"I’m sorry, I can’t make it today."

This pretty much sums up most of their days. 😁

Negotiations fall apart. Follow-ups get ignored. Freelancers ghost. Part-timers vanish.

Every day is a hunt—scrolling job platforms, sending endless messages, pinging, reminding… hoping. Notifications never stop. Someone confirms… another disappears. 😶‍🌫️🫠

But here’s the magic: when it feels like the chaos might swallow you, a message pops up.

A freelancer shows up on time.
A part-timer calls to say they’re in. They even bring friends. They trust us. They bet on our projects. And suddenly, it clicks—the project moves forward. 🤝🥳🌟

At MOM-UA, we say: keep going… keep posting… push hard… believe. And it works. Every single time.

This is one part of how we make it happen. 💙

04/07/2026

Another week begins. 🗓️
Another long to-do list. 📝
Back-to-back meetings. 🤝
Notifications piling up before you’ve even had your first proper breath of the day.

You sit there for a second and think—
"Am I even doing enough?" 🥺

Even when your calendar is full.
Even when your mind is tired.
Even when you showed up yesterday… and the day before that… and the day before that.

There’s that quiet voice again:
"You could’ve done more."
"You’re falling behind."
"Everyone else seems to be doing better."

But no one really sees the small things, do they?

The way you still replied kindly even when you were overwhelmed.

The way you stayed a little longer just to finish one last task.

The way you kept going—even when your energy was already running low.

Being a coworker, a client, a remote worker—it’s not easy.
Different roles, different pressures… but somehow the same feeling:

Showing up while silently carrying doubt.

And it doesn’t stop there.
Because in real life, you’re not just that.

You’re also a mother, a father,
a friend, a sister, a brother—
someone people rely on,
someone who shows up not just at work,
but in so many other ways that no one sees.

So here’s a gentle reminder—
for you, for me, for all of us just trying to get through the week:

You are doing more than you think.
You are progressing, even if it feels slow.
And showing up, consistently, especially on the hard days…
that already counts for so much. 🤍

Maybe today doesn’t need perfection.
Maybe it just needs you—
present, trying, and still here.

And that?
That’s already something worth being proud of.
Happy Tuesday 💙💙
