After trying to resolve an issue ourselves with service work and the extended warranty for a product purchased from Oldfield's , we reached out to Carrie at Kelly's. She was very understanding and efficient getting us a resolution within 24 hours. If we were to purchase an appliance, we would go back. We highly recommend Kelly's for their excellent customer care.

**QUESTION FOR YOUR SALES STAFF**

I am hoping you have the electric carts for use by your physically challenged older customers. I plan to come in to purchase a dishwasher this weekend and cannot really do so without the assistance of a motorized cart to get me around the store. Our interest is in a high quality product. Do you carry Kitchen Aid dishwashers? it would be nice to know price ranges and what sales you have going. Thank you so very much.

Too good to be true? Not Oldfields. Disabled, refrigerator dying, freezer foods thawed, caretaker coming tomorrow and will do my shopping for the coming week. I have her buy freezer meals because they're easy for me to prepare. Researched appliance stores and they closed at five. It's now five-fifty or so. Long story short! Pete answered Oldfields' phone and I quickly described my situation and what type of refrigerator I wanted as a replacement. With understanding in the tone of his voice he told me tomorrow's delivery truck was full and route for it was planned. Fast forward to the following AM. I woke to my phone ringing, a knock at my door and a buzz from my doorbell. It was Pete with a business look on his face that broke into a smile and he said the fridge I had described was here. JUNE 2017

Once again, Bryan Mumme has gone 'Above and Beyond' in providing excellent customer service.

My dryer stopped working suddenly. This is a crisis in a home with animals and a husband!
I called Bryan and told him I need a dryer asap. He found an Amana in my price range.
Oldfield's delivery and haul away and installation was much more reasonable than Home Depot saving me $30 even with Home Depot's lower price on the dryer. Perfect!
At first Bryan said it would be a week, however thanks to his magic touch, I had my new dryer in 24 hours!

We have been loyal customers of Oldfield's since 2006 and are very grateful for Bryan's outstanding customer service as well as his sincerity and kindness.

We have been loyal customers of Oldfield's Appliance & Home Theater since my husband and I moved here from New York City in 2006. Oldfield's was recommended to us by several people and we are happy we took their suggestion.
We have received "Above and Beyond" customer service from Bryan Mumme.
Our washing machine, which was covered by Oldfield's excellent 5 year service plan, needed repair. Bryan offered us a replacement machine until our machine was ready. It was a stress free 'no-problem!' Other stores could not have offered us this same service.
We recently purchased a new dryer that Bryan recommended. It is excellent! It actually stops when the clothes are dry and is so easy to clean the filter.
We really appreciate the personal and friendly service we get at Oldfield's and from Bryan. We will continue to shop there for all our appliances.

I just took delivery of my new Fisher and Paykel appliances. I had been looking at the brand for their smaller footprint refrigerator and highly rated dishwashers. I bought a stove and range hood too. I could not find a store that had them
on display until Oldfields.

Pete was my salesperson and was very helpful. He followed up with phone calls and text messages as I waited for delivery to Gokd Beach, about 4 hours away.

Love my new kitchen!
