๐จLETS TALK ABOUT BURNOUT๐ฅ๐จ
โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ
โงBurnout often occurs because you're trying to prioritize everything, and do everything at once. Or you're taking on way too much at once.

๐๐ปTo deal with, and to prevent burnout:
โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ
๐ทWrite out everything that you want to accomplish in the next week. And I mean EVERYTHING, from work, school, family life, personal life, professional goals, personal goals, etc.
โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ
๐Then take this list, and separate them into five categories:
โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ
โ๏ธA. ๐จThings that MUST be done and are a Priority. (Example: Write that essay due on Friday, get that report in to your boss, answer that important email.)๐จ
โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ
โ๏ธB. โณThings that need to be done, but can wait a little. (Example: Go out to get groceries, workout, answer that email from your co-worker about that complicated question that they asked, take out the trash, etc etc)โณ
โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ
โ๏ธC. โฃ๏ธThings that you need to get done, but they are not time sensitive, and can wait until next week. (Example: Clean up your House/Apartment, clean out your car, Call your friend to ask how they are doing)โฃ๏ธ
โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ
โ๏ธD. Things that you would like to do, but are not needed. (Online shopping, , fun stuff)
โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ
โ๏ธE. โThings that MUST NOT be done. (Example: Get on Facebook during work, call friends while at work or while studying to chat, talk with your co-worker at work who wastes your time)โ
โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ
๐ Then, every morning, re-affirm your A, B, and C objectives. Focus on A, and get A done. Then focus on B, then focus on C. And make sure to stay away from E objectives. As you get them done, cross out each objective.โ๏ธ

๐๐ปAs new objectives come in, before you do them, write them down and categorize them. Does this need to be done right now? No, it does not, it can wait, I need to get this done first.
