"Her and the team's consistent quality, pricing, creativity and service is second to none! She has saved the day several times which makes it a no brainer to choose LGP every time!"

— Valerie Madison, Business Operations + Community Programming and Events Leader, Microsoft

Nearly five years of working together, and the line Valerie keeps coming back to is saved the day. We'd rather nobody ever needed saving — but events don't work that way, and the vendor you want is the one who's already picking up the phone. Five years is not a streak of good luck. It's what it looks like when the hard days get handled.

We're smaller than the vendors we compete with, and that's not an apology — it's the offer.

On a big platform you get an account rep, a portal, and a ticket number, and the person who answers in March isn't the person who answered in January.

Here, the people who quoted your job are the people who run it, and they remember what happened last time without opening a file. That's why we can say yes to a change on a Thursday afternoon: nobody has to reconstruct your program from notes.

Being a woman-owned business this size means we can't be everything to everybody — so we're something specific to a shorter list.

If you've ever explained your own program back to a vendor, you already know what we're describing.

"LGP doesn't just deliver swag—they help create experiences." — Keisha, Senior Business Program Manager.

We think about that line a lot, because it names the part that doesn't fit on an invoice. Anyone can ship boxes to a lobby.

What Keisha is describing is what happens when our team is actually in the building — sizes sorted before the doors open, someone who knows the answer standing at the table, and enough energy in the room that people come back with a coworker. She also called us punctual, which we'll take as the highest compliment on the list.

The product is the reason people walk over. The experience is the reason they remember the day.

Being a woman-owned business isn't just about who signs the checks. It's about who we write them to.

The part of supplier diversity that rarely gets discussed is the second tier — who your vendor buys from. When we build an activation, we're sourcing florals, furniture, printing, staffing, and specialty pieces, and every one of those is a choice. We hire small, local, and often woman- and Black-owned where we can, because that's how a single corporate budget ends up reaching five businesses instead of one.

Our partners at built the booth environment for our last activation — that's what this looks like in practice, not on a certificate.

Certifications open the door. What you do with the purchase order once you're through it is the actual work.

"Any company can sell a product, but not every vendor stands behind it." — CP Parker, Critical Infrastructure Leader.

We didn't ask for that line, and it's the one we'd choose. Because the quote isn't about a good order — it's about what happened when something went sideways, which it eventually does on every program. A box gets held. A dye lot shifts. A date moves. The part you're actually buying is who picks up the phone that afternoon and what they say.

CP named it exactly: reliability, accountability, and a customer-focused approach. That's not a product feature. That's just deciding, in advance, that the problem is ours too.

People assume "Let's Get Personal" is a play on personalization. It isn't. It's the job description.

Personalizing merch is easy — anyone with a machine can put a name on a mug. Getting personal means we ask which shift you work, what size you actually wear, what last year's gift got wrong, and what would make you feel like somebody in this building knows you.

That's slower than pulling from a catalog, and it's the entire reason we're still here forty years on. It's also a very woman-owned way to run a company: the assumption that paying attention is the work, not the overhead.

"What truly sets Fatina apart is her ability to learn her clients — their needs, preferences, timelines, and budgets — and translate that understanding into meaningful, high-quality outcomes." — Denitra Gober, Program Manager, Microsoft.

Learn her clients. That's the part that doesn't fit on an invoice. Anybody can quote a catalog; the work is understanding a team well enough to know what will actually mean something to them — and then hitting the deadline while you're at it.

Denitra also named the thing we're proudest of: that we go the extra mile when challenges arise outside our control. Every program hits a snag. What you're really choosing is who you want standing next to you when it does.

Forty years in this industry. Still woman-owned. Still here — and that longevity is the reference nobody can fake.

Trends in branded merch come and go; what a client is really buying is the confidence that you'll pick up the phone in year five the same way you did in week one. Four decades of that isn't a marketing line — it's a track record. It means the standards were worth keeping, the relationships were worth protecting, and "woman-owned" describes not just who signs the paperwork but who's been accountable for the quality the whole way through.

"Every time they come into our offices, they bring not only amazing swag but incredible energy that truly gets our employees excited about our brand." — Keisha, Senior Business Program Manager.

Notice what she led with — not the merch, the energy. Anyone can drop off boxes. What turns a delivery into a moment is the people who walk in with it: punctual, professional, and genuinely glad to be there. That's the part you can't order from a catalog, and it's the part your team remembers long after the tee goes in the wash.

Being WBENC- and SBA-certified isn't a badge on our website — it's a line item that can help your numbers.

If your company has supplier-diversity goals (and more do every year), working with a certified woman-owned house does double duty: you get merch that lands, and your procurement team gets spend that counts toward targets they're already accountable for. Same order, two wins.
