Always L O V E my time at Beauties in Business Networking Communities, especially the Tullahoma monthly meeting!

Every time I meet someone new! Every time I learn something new!
Every timel leave feeling a sense of community and support on the small business journey!

This month the group talked roundtable style about how to get ready for the Holiday Shopping season from the small business owner perspective. Of course, everyone is all about within our communities and with local people who we know and love.

Each month, Tammy and I meet to talk about how we’re going to move creative projects along. Right now we’re working though a pretty big project.

Her vision, to create a Christ centered healing retreat utilizing the art of stained glass to help attendees process grief in a meaningful way.

Together, we’re laying the foundation for something beautiful and I’m proud to help make her vision come to life.

A website landing page, a form to collect registration, event marketing materials and social media accounts and day of event materials are all on the task list.

It’s a work in progress, but if you’re interested in the retreat, I’m glad to share more in a message!

There is much to do, but for today. I’m most appreciative of my time with Tammy and her husband, Joe. Each meeting we sip warm coffee or cool lemon water and do our work together to collaborate and create. It brings me so much joy✨

I’ve been so busy growing using reels & the digital creator model that I’ve neglected sharing all the fun on my media business page 📣

I’m still helping small businesses develop their social media & delivery print/digital ready projects of all kinds!

But, what I’m really loving is playing in reels, creative photo editing and content capturing flexing my creativity & skills earned way back in my college days as a media student at

What I love most about is that the ladies in the room support and celebrate wherever you are on the journey. I love growing with them

The THS Wresting Club
was a joy to work with! It was fun to turn their photo memories into something they and their families could enjoy!

I LOVE turning simple photos into short videos that are shareable on social media. They are perfect for all those graduations photos, family photos, event photos & more!

My friend invited me to sit down recently to talk about business goals and makeup💄

As we picked colors and brushes and discussed how and where to apply the beautiful makeup, we found time to chat about the big and little things that make up life and business.

By the end of our time I felt refreshed, getting to wash it all off; breaking the look back down in a little special self care moment bonus round.

She asked me a few questions as a part of the experience. See a few below!

✨ What advice would you give to someone in your shoes? (ANYTHING you want to give voice to)✨

The path to positive growth and change in our communities is paved by great leadership and bold action for good.

As you lead, empower others with kindness and Inspire them with joy. Then, organize, communicate and take action. Move everything forward in love and seek tools that will help you overcome barriers and obstacles in the path.

Grow the effort with wisdom and perspective. Know and live in your values, speak your truth and remain resilient through challenge.

If it ever feels like the end, it may be a step; or maybe a reason to leap. Trust yourself, You got this 🙌🏽

One on one time with Laura. Taking a moment to pause, take some time for myself and talk about life, goals, dreams and business with someone who cares and kindly listens.

I sat down with Tammy this morning, ready to get to work on whatever she had in mind. Her work amazes me and her story inspires me!

Before we got to work, she reminded me that we’ve been working together for a year!! She shared a picture of the first set of notes we wrote together, guiding our work and progress. We’ve accomplished much with much more to do! I love working with Tammy and Vitric Visions and can’t wait to see where this next year leads us.

My next big project has officially kicked off! Working behind the scenes as co-organizer and event marketing lead is an absolute blast! This volunteer gig has flexed my skill set the past three years and I can’t wait to see how much fun we have making the magic again this April 15th!

Learn as much as possible. Design cool graphics. Help small business owners grow.

I took a social posting break to reset and refocus for the new year!

During my break, I was as busy as ever having fun helping in all the ways I’m plugged into my career, my community and my own small business!

Along the way, I’ve been helping my clients reach their goals; completing several creative projects including social media graphics & event flyers, staff photos, reels, short form video, social media & email campaigns and I’ve shared so much knowledge to help them grow in visibility.

As a person and a small business owner, I’m beginning the year hopeful for positive experiences and positive growth!

A sneak peek behind the scene at what it’s like working with someone to help manage your event marketing for social media!

I enjoy working with FIT Beyond Therapy and have had a great time this month shooting the group photos and headshots for their team and assisting with a great event they are hosting that gives back and supports the community I love so much!

The event is TODAY from 9AM-12PM! Stop by during your weekend holiday busyness and check a few things off of your list!

They are also asking donations of small gifts or craft supplies for a local head-start program!
I”ll be there taking photos and shopping too!

November was so busy I feel like I blinked and it was December!

Full of major events that needed my full attention at the Chamber and several new projects for my small business clients!

F.I.T Beyond Therapy invited me to photograph their team and provide individual headshots 📸

We also worked together to market an upcoming event! More details on that this week!

I kicked off December welcoming a new client I’m super excited to work with! More on that coming soon too!

I’m also very excited for tomorrow’s Beauties in Business Christmas party!

Busy, busy times! But, I’m loving every minute!

I was thinking this morning how great it is to be surrounded by women who lift you up!

This week my friend Pam Barnes lifted me up, sharing my name along with several Beauties in Business Networking Communities as a women with impact on our community. It made my heart smile just to have seen the social media comment!

She also came to the Chamber’s 40 under 40 event to cheer on a list of impactful young professionals in our community! It was so good to see her face there.

This morning, I’m lifting her up, saying I see you doing a tremendous job growing, facing your fears and doing big things!
