Google reviews can change the whole game for a local business.
I’ve seen plenty of companies with decent websites and solid services still lose calls because their reviews were weak, outdated, or just not there yet.
People check that stuff fast. They look at the star rating, read a couple comments, then decide who gets the call. That’s especially true for service businesses in Florence, AL, The Shoals, and Jackson, TN.
If your site looks fine but leads are still slow, your Google profile may be part of the problem. Same goes for businesses relying only on Facebook or running ads without much to back them up.
A better mix of reviews, local SEO, and a website that actually helps people contact you can make a real difference.
