Happy National Twin Day! 👯‍♀️💕

As a twin mom, I feel like I am legally required to post today. 😅

But really, twins are the whole reason Twinflower Thread Co exists. What started with wanting to make cute, personalized things for my own two babies turned into a creative outlet that is my little shop! Of course, the name alone, my not-so-subtle nod to them, too. 🌸🌸

So today, I’m celebrating the original inspiration behind it all: two individuals who gave me the idea, the name and approximately 97% of my gray hairs. 😂🤍

A little late, but no less heartfelt.❤️🤍💙

This Fourth of July marked 250 years of the United States! A reminder of the generations who came before us and the traditions and crafts we continue to pass down.

At Twinflower Thread Co., I love creating pieces that become part of those traditions using a time honored technique. Whether it’s a sweater worn to a family gathering, a blanket wrapped around a new baby, or a keepsake embroidered with a name passed down through generations, my hope is that each stitch tells a small part of your family’s story.

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend celebrating with the people you love. Ours was full of family time, which meant social media took a backseat for a few days and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Here’s to 250 years of history, the memories were making today, and the heirlooms that will be cherished for generations to come. 🇺🇸

Life has been extra busy around here lately, and I’ve been spending more time stitching than posting. 🌸🌸 So here’s a little something I like to call, Goose-Tax! This silly little goose is coming to life one stitch at a time! 🪿
