Today we sides on the shelves so nothing can fall into the embroidery machine and we put up peg board and got the hoops all arranged. Next a work table for the embroidery.

I think it will be nice having the embroidery machine up stairs with all the heat press tables and printers. Just too many chemicals and messy stuff around the screen printing area.

Looking forward to this years creations.

Ladies and Gentlemen we are back in business. The new embroidery machine has been delivered.

ZSK Racer 2W

Had to rent a forklift to put it upstairs, wanted to keep it separated from the screen printing equipment. But it is set in place ready to work.

BRING ON THE ORDERS!!!!!!!!!

With this machine we can do practically everything. Hats, Beanies, shirts, hoodies, coats, shoes, patches, flags. if it’s not listed ask and we will see what we can do.

Well ladies and gentleman, we have invested in some new platens for the auto press. We can now screen print zipper hoodies and sleeves.

Given we could of gotten it done on the manual press but this is a little faster, more consistent, and maybe a bit softer.

Picked up a vacuum platen and a coat platen for the manual press. Going to give screen printing transfers and coats a whirl.
