We are proud to have been part of promoting Greater MSP's video series, MSP Transforming, inviting people to engage in honest conversations around the topics of racial equity, the places and ways we work, and how Minnesota companies are driving growth in various industries. https://msptransforming.com/

The social media campaign Hilivate developed with GMSP brought over 3,500 visitors to their website from May-July. We utilized paid ads on Twitter and YouTube and created an organic social media campaign for Facebook and LinkedIn.

Wow! What an exciting first month of 2021! 🥳 In January we...

- Designed a new Homepage for Hand In Hand Christian Montessori (hihcm.org/)
- Launched a brand new website for our owner Haley's childhood neighborhood HOA (springbrookacres.com/)
- Developed the 2020 Annual Report for the Rice & Larpenteur Alliance (to be released soon!)

It is such a joy to be part of projects that elevate these organization's stories! We cannot wait to see what the rest of 2021 holds.

Our tips for communicating to your clients and customers during COVID-19?

1. Use Your Analytics! Check when your audience is online and where they are visiting, then post your updates accordingly for the best reach and impact.

2. Keep it Simple. Give your audience the information they need to know and stay true to your brand while delivering it.

3. Relationships are Key. No matter the platform you use to deliver your message, remember you are still talking to your customers, members, attendees, etc. These are people who you know and they know you. It's not just a screen you are speaking to, it's real people. Treat your message the same as you would if your conversation was happening face-to-face.
