We are so lucky to have this guy + all his creative ideas. Stoked Poké wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for all his hard work + dedication behind the scenes. It has been amazing to watch him + this brand grow over the past two years. We can’t wait for the years to come, we couldn’t do it without you guys!

The famous California roll! Back in the day, it was originally made traditional style. When sushi started becoming popular with Americans, it turned 'inside out' (rice on the outside) to hide the seaweed.

Our current seasonal salad has mixed greens, shaved fennel, red onion cucumbers, sundried cranberries, fruit and nut crusted goat cheese medallion topped with apricot vinaigrette! In this picture it has shrimp added on top! 🌹✨
