Feeling stuck when it comes to getting new leads? Start by taking a look at these three common bottlenecks.

#1 Getting found:
This is often the biggest hurdle for small business owners, with our fate in the hands of google sometimes it just feels overwhelming. Have someone examine your web presence, get some good reviews, and make sure your SEO is on track so that your business is one of the top options people see when searching for your product.

#2 Converting:
So they’ve gotten to your site…hooray!! 🥳 Now make it as easy as possible to get the information they need and choose you to be the one to solve their problem. Start with a doorway section (aka your top types of clients) and go from there! Just make sure they have plenty of opportunities to fill out an info form or contact you.

#3: Booking:
“You’ve got an inquiry!” Music 🎵 to your ears…you’re so close! Make sure you follow up ASAP, be as friendly as possible, and make sure not to overwhelm them with all the information at once. Educate your lead and then give them direction as to how you can best help them (aka build trust). After that, go in for the booking 👍🏼

As the #1 search engine, Google basically owns the internet these days aka they are the gatekeepers for what you’ll most likely see 🛂

Their #1 goal is to give people the best answers for their searches, otherwise, no one would want to use them anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️

So how do reviews affect this? The more reviews you have, (and more consistent reviews to add) Google sees you as a relevant and important business when people are searching. Therefore, they are more likely to push your business to the top of the search results than those who don’t have many reviews and/or any recent ones. ✅

1. Make Gift Certificates an option in your header menu
2. Explain what is included in short bullet points
3. Make the Autofill option available

✅ Make a list of cities you want to target
✅ Create a page targeted specifically for that city with keywords and links
