Go check your website, do you have a privacy policy? If you answered no, you may be in violation of international law.👇️

Anyone website that collects data (including email addresses or even just analytics) is required by law to have a privacy policy.

Make sure you ask your website designer if this is included in your website build or if you need to add it.

For the record, we include a privacy policy page in every website build😉

So it’s been awhile since we chatted… I figured it was time to reintroduce myself and tell you what I’ve been up to. Hi, I’m Olivia, founder of Elle Marketing.👋🏼 I started working as a freelancer in marketing back in 2019 before I went to college and since have been defining what exactly I want this business to be.

I’ve always offered various digital marketing services, but recently my website design projects have really been inspiring me. I love getting to take a business’s brand and bring it to life in the digital word and create a place they are proud to send their customers.

I will still be offering social media management and other digital marketing services, but my focus moving forward is going to be website projects. I truly believe your website is the foundation of your business. It is where people go when they hear about you or find you on social media to decide if they are going to inquire about your product or service.

I’m so excited to share tips to help you create your dream website that helps you attract your ideal customers and hope to work with you to create the website of your dreams.🤍💻

If you've been following us, you probably hear us say "position yourself as the solution to your customer's biggest problems" like all the time. If you still feel like you have no idea how to do this, these are our favorite ways👇️

✨ Create a post that calls out a pain point and then explains how you solve it. For example, a pain point our clients often have is that they don't have time to manage their social media, so we could create a post and have the first slide say: "business owners imagine how much time you would gain back into your day if you never had to worry about social media again"
✨ Create a post that shows or tells "how we got our clients from (target audience's current state) to (target audience's desired state)
✨ Create a post that shows client transformations and real results
✨ Create a post that explains why you differ from your competitors and why your target audience NEEDS to work with you instead of your competition.

Bonus tip, don't pick one of these content ideas. You should regularly be posting content that includes all of these post ideas if you want to convert your followers into buyers.

Save this if you found it helpful and follow for more social media tips!

If you've been debating hiring a social media manager, but you're not sure if your business is ready for it, this one's for you.👇️

We get it, the idea of hiring a social media manager can feel overwhelming and you're not sure if it's the right decision for you. Here are our top 5 signs that it's time:

✨ You have professional branding and marketing assets. Social media managers can't make something out of nothing. If you have branding and photography, that a great sign that you're ready to outsource.
✨ You have the marketing budget. Hiring a social media manager isn't cheap, but it is worth it. Expect to spend a minimum of $1,000 - $1,500+ per month on full time social media management.
✨ You don't have the time to manage social media yourself. You're running a successful business, social media probably isn't at the top of your to-do list. If you find yourself constantly putting social media on the back burner, it's time to outsource.
✨ You're not seeing any results from your current strategy. If you're consistently posting on social, but not getting any leads, you probably need to hand it over to a professional.
✨ You just don't enjoy it and would rather focus on other things. Your time as a business owner is best spent in your genius zone. I know your to-do list is a mile long. It is OKAY to delegate.

If you checked these boxes, we would love to manage your socials. DM us "help" and we'll send you instructions on how you can work with us.

Welcome to a new and ELevated era of Elle Marketing!✨ When I started freelancing as a social media manager in 2019 I never knew what this business would become. I was just a college student looking for a way to make extra money while I got my marketing degree, expecting to accept a full time position after I graduated.

As I got more referrals from my existing clients I realized I could grow that side hustle into an actual business. During the rest of my college years I worked as a contractor for various marketing agencies and took courses to develop my skill set to where it is now.👇

Elle marketing was officially born in the beginning of 2022. I am still navigating the challenges of being a business owner, but this new brand represents my growth as an entrepreneur and a social media manager and web designer. I am so grateful for all of my clients who have supported me along the way, especially those who have been there since the very beginning. It has been amazing growing with you and your businesses.🤍

Ps. my new website is live at the link in my bio!

Okay so you haven’t posted in awhile😬 and you want to get back on track. Here is what I would do a revive a dead account:

👉🏼 Reintroduce yourself / your brand. If it’s been a while people probably forget who you are and what it is that you do. Reintroduce yourself and admit that it’s been awhile since you posted, but you’re back now.
👉🏼 Create a realistic, consistent posting schedule. If you tell your audience that your back and then ghost them again they are going to lose trust in you. Only starting posting again when you’re ready to be consistent.
👉🏼 Engage with your audience, and then engage some more every day. You need to remind people that you exist again and reestablish that relationship.
👉🏼 In addition to engaging with your current audience, start following new people and start conversations with them to help refresh your account.

You’ll probably reach less users and have less engagement at first, but with consistency you can bounce back and grow your account.

Save this if you found it helpful and follow for more social media tips!🤍
