RPM Sales Solutions is adding administrative/data entry specialists to our rapidly growing team. Potential candidates should be proficient in typing and have knowledge regarding basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Interested candidates must be detail oriented and have solid time management skills. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly via e-mail and in person as this role will include a fair amount of interaction both internally and with a number of clients and their representatives. Knowledge in the Chargeback Management area is a bonus, as well as the ability to calculate and tie-out batches of deposits/payments accurately. Current hours of operation are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST.

Responsibilities
· Mail pick up at the Post Office
· Open and sort mail
· Order entry (credit card and checks)
· Remote check deposits
· Chargeback management
· Daily communication (internally and to clients) regarding items handled for them
· Handle customer requests via telephone (as needed)
· Spreadsheet/Data management for record keeping purposes
· Storage/disposal of aging paper data

Qualifications
· High School Diploma or G.E.D required
· Valid Driver’s License
· Reliable transportation
· Must be able to lift over 20 lbs.
· Basic knowledge of office equipment i.e. computer/printer/scan/fax
