Safe to say our latest team outing was a total home run! ⚾️

Last week, our team stepped away from the office and headed to Citizens Bank Park for a Phillies game. It was a good excuse to trade production schedules for baseball, spend some time together outside the office, and enjoy the people who make the work happen every day.

The signs we make may be what bring customers through the door, but it’s the people behind them who make our company what it is.

The gap between a rendering and the finished sign is where a lot of brand concepts quietly get watered down.

Value engineering has its place, but not behind the scenes, after a design has been approved, or without a conversation with the client. With design, engineering, and fabrication all under one roof, the team that develops the sign is also responsible for building it. That means what gets installed is what was approved, not a watered-down version of it.

For us, it's simple: you should always know where your project stands, without having to chase anyone for an update. If there's anything we can't answer yet, we say so — along with when we will. No silence, no black box, no wondering. That's the standard we work to.
