You're ready to run Meta Ads. Or at least, you think you are...

But here's what I see happen all the time: business owners launch without doing the prep work first.

And then they wonder why their ads aren't working. Or why they're burning through budget with nothing to show for it.

The thing is, there are specific things you NEED in place before Meta Ads will actually work for you.

Not suggestions. Not nice-to-haves.

Actual requirements.

Meta Pixel installation. Conversion tracking. Landing page setup. Understanding your targeting. Getting your messaging right.

Miss one of these? Your ads are going to struggle.

And honestly? The pattern I see over and over is people launching before they're actually ready.

They think they can figure it out as they go. Or they think ads will fix a broken foundation.

But that's not how it works.

In this week's episode of In the EllaMents, I'm walking you through the full checklist—the 10 things you need before you even think about launching.

So you can either save yourself thousands in wasted ad spend, or confirm you're actually set up the right way.

Either way, listen before you launch.

That's where we connect.

I'm opening two spots for new clients in August.

Your business is doing great through word of mouth. Your happy clients are referring you. You're booked. You're profitable. So why does this question keep nagging you: Am I leaving money on the table?

Here's my honest truth: Word of mouth is incredible. It's actually your best source of business. But it's also limited. Your network can only reach so many people. The people outside that circle? The ones who would love what you do but don't know you exist? They're the growth potential you're leaving untouched.

But here's where people get confused: just because you COULD grow doesn't necessarily mean you SHOULD.

Maybe you're already at capacity. Maybe you don't want to scale. Maybe you're exactly where you want to be financially, and you're happy there. That's totally valid. But I will say this: if you're not investing in marketing, you're capping your growth potential. And that's fine, as long as you're choosing it intentionally, not just defaulting to it because you don't know where to start or you're scared it won't work.

In this week's episode of In The EllaMents, I'm asking the hard questions: Are you on track to hit your growth goals? Do you actually have the capacity to handle more business? What would it look like if the right people found you?

And most importantly: are you making this decision on purpose? Not because you think you're supposed to. Not because your competitor is growing faster. Because you actually know your data and you have a clear picture of where you want to go.

Listen, if you've been wondering whether you're leaving money on the table or if you're exactly where you need to be.

Moral of the story...
You have to be a little crazy to start a business. Good thing I'm a little crazy. 🤪✌🏻

If you've done bold, messy, unhinged things to build your business, you're not alone. And honestly? That's probably what got you here. So tell me what is the craziest thing you've done to get your business off the ground? Drop it in the comments.

Nobody warns you about this part of entrepreneurship. The isolation.

You hit your revenue goals. Your business is growing. You should feel amazing. Right? But you're sitting there feeling so alone. Making big decisions by yourself. Celebrating wins with no one to share them with. And that doubt that hits at 2 am when it's just you and your thoughts. 🫠

This feeling? It doesn't just go away when you become successful. It's part of this journey. But what if there was a different way?

I spent so long seeing other entrepreneurs as competition. Like if they were winning, somehow I was losing. It kept me isolated, and honestly? Made the loneliness worse. Then something shifted. I started collaborating instead. Building actual friendships with people I could have seen as competitors. And it changed everything for me, not just in business, but as a person.

In the latest episode of In the EllaMents, I'm sharing those real stories and what I learned about doing this differently. If you've been feeling alone in this entrepreneurial journey, this episode is for you. 🤍

I think we have this idea that digital ads are expensive. But really, they don't have to be.

What if I told you that you could spend $10 a day—less than that coffee you picked up this morning (and look, I'm not judging, I love a coffee made by someone other than me)—and actually get results and leads flowing into your business?

Would you at least give it a try?

Here's the thing: small budgets work. But there's a catch. You have to know what you're actually doing with that money.

Because $10 a day isn't going to do the same thing as $50 a day or $500 a month. And if you don't understand what each budget can accomplish, you'll either spend it wrong or talk yourself out of spending it at all.

In the latest episode of In The EllaMents, I'm breaking down exactly what different budgets can actually do for your business. The honest truth. No fluff. So you can figure out if small budget ads are right for you, or if you need to wait.

You're wondering if you should be running ads.
But you're also looking at your budget and thinking, "I don't have thousands to spend."

So you talk yourself out of it. You keep grinding on organic. You post multiple times a day, hoping something sticks.
And meanwhile, you're exhausted.

Here's the honest truth: Small budgets can work. Like actually work. But you might not be ready yet. And that's not me being mean, it's me being real with you. Because I see a lot of business owners throw money at ads when they're not actually ready, and they burn through their budget with nothing to show for it. Then they assume ads don't work for them.

In this week's episode, I'm breaking down exactly what small budgets can actually accomplish. What $10 a day gets you. What $50 a day gets you. What $500 a month can do.

But more importantly, I'm answering the question you're really asking: "Am I ready for ads? And if I am, will my small budget actually work?"

The answer might surprise you. Listen to the episode. You might be ready. You might not be. Either way, you'll know.
