If your mission vanished tomorrow, would the search for help stop?

At 2:14 AM, nobody is searching for your nonprofit’s name.

They aren’t looking for your annual report, your mission statement, or your latest keynote. They’re sitting in the blue light of a smartphone, typing the words they’re too afraid to say out loud:

“How do I tell my kids we’re losing the house?” “Am I in an abusive relationship?” “Where can I go if I have nowhere to sleep tonight?”
