On Mondays we introduce board members!! Please give a warm welcome to our Secretary, Chief LaTosha Myers 👏👏🙌🙌

Chief LaTosha Myers is currently the Chief of the Hattiesburg Public School District, Myers was formerly a Lieutenant at the Hattiesburg Police Department, where she served as the commander over the Domestic Violence and S*x Crime Unit for 14 years.

Chief Myers received a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Juvenile Justice and a Master’s of Arts in Administration of Justice from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master’s of Art in Counseling Psychology at the University of West Alabama.

Chief Myers is a Certified Instructor for the State of MS in Domestic Violence, Women’s Awareness and Response, Crisis Intervention, and Officer Survival. She is an instructor at the Hattiesburg Police Academy, Southern Regional Public Safety Institute Academy, and Pine Belt Mental Health Services.
