Feature: Push Do Not Call reports to the VoIP Dashboard
If enabled, DaFeeder now supports one way push of DNC number reports to the VoIP Dashboard. This will save managers the step of manually adding DNC numbers to your organization rules. Please note that removing DNC numbers from DaFeeder will not remove it from VoIP Dashboard.

Feature: Added Additional Fields to Email Marketing in Campaign Settings
DaFeeder now allows additional form fields in the campaign email settings:

- Email Subject
- From Email Name
- From Email Address
- Reply to Email Address
- CC Email Address (add additional by separating with commas)
- BCC Email Address (add additional by separating with commas)

Feature: Added more Columns to IN PROGRESS Campaign Exports
Campaign IN PROGRESS export now includes additional fields;

- Callback Type (public or private)
- Callback Rep
- Callback Scheduled.

Feature: Notes Character Limit Increase
The character limit for the notes has been increased from 255 characters to 600.

Feature: Added Detailed Error Messages
Added a more meaningful error message when an error has happened. The DaFeeder will now notify the user of the error code instead of only displaying “Something went wrong“.

MAJOR FEATURE ALERT

Today we rolled out one of the most requested features of all time.

DYNAMIC CALLER ID INSERTION

With this new feature, you can add DID phone numbers to your inventory in DaFeeder to be used as possible caller IDs when calling out.

When you assign numbers to campaigns, your agents will display the corresponding caller ID depending on the area code they are calling.

So if you're calling Toronto 416 numbers, you will display a caller ID with 416.

If you're calling Montreal 514, you will display a 514 number.

If you're calling Manitoba 204, you will display a 204 number.

Cool right?

Here's another example...

If you have the following numbers in inventory and assigned to your campaign.

905-555-1234 (assigned default)
416-555-1234
647-555-1234

When you call a number with area code 416, it will display 416-555-1234 as the caller id.

When you call a number with area code 647, it will display 647-555-1234 as the caller id.

When you call a number with area code 204, it will display 905-555-1234 (default) as the caller id.

This is extremely helpful if clients have many DIDs across the country and want to appear local to the people they are calling.

Here are the features we rolled out in DaFeeder today!

- Auto-Dial Plugin, allows organizations to give their agents the ability to enable a lead to be called without the need to click the call button.

- Add a Lead History note anytime a lead in manually added. This aids in logging the lifeline of a lead.

- Expanded Callbacks Preview in Calendar. Now you can see the first 3 callbacks due for any day in your calendar before you need to click the "More" button.

- Filter Callbacks in Calendar. Now managers can filter results between their own callbacks or agent callbacks in the calendar.

- Do Not Call List page improvements. Now you can see the date when a DNC record was added.

- Campaigns Details, now when you're viewing the campaigns list, you can see how many agents and which agents are assign to campaigns with a simple mouse-over.
