Well, I call my own shots with my own business.

I don’t walk into anyone’s business, job, career and say,

‘You shouldn’t make that much money’,

So why should someone say how much money I should make in my own business??

And pretty sure this stranger wasn’t offering to pay for my kids and all their needs.

(And my twin's private school sure ain’t cheap.)

And wanna know the sad, sad fact?

Too many school owners families suffer, because they listen to these folk who aren’t putting their families future on the line to help people with martial arts.

If your jam is to run your school as a non-profit and not charge anyone, then all the power to ya.

But in my academy...

My staff and their families depend on me,

My family depend on me,

The bank depends on me to make the monthly mortgage,

The kids and their parents in our program depend on us being open the next day,

Our students depend on their coaches to be at their competition to coach them and help them win.

This is why I love to help so many martial arts academies take back control of their schools and grow with awesome, high-value students.

Wanna learn how to get students to
stay longer...
...so you can spend
less time trying to fill the
empty spaces on your mats?

A major problem I use to have
was getting students to
'stick' to our program.

I use to blame my students for quitting....
...but then I had someone
ask me one day....

'what are you doing to make
them wanna stay?'

I had to think about that for a second...
(scratching head)

I dunno.

I guess I expected them to follow along,
and not leave...

But, that kinda goes against
natural human reactions...
...right?

Turns out, our program was
was failing them....
..not them failing the program.

So I fixed it.

I started to look at our 'program'
as a journey , and not just as 'classes'.

And guess what?

It worked.

Our students now 'stick'
with us for 5, 6+ years.

In fact, they're not leaving unless
their job transfers them to another city.

Notice there are more martial arts schools that you can shake a stick at these days.

You know what they all want?

Whether they are bringing in $100k, $300k, $500k per year....

They want more students.

BUT,

If those students aren't high value....or if they become delinquent 90 days in....is that really getting them what they're looking for?

I'll tell ya, imo...that's not the easiest way to fill your bank account.
