Mint Jarrito for a hot summer day
2 oz mezcal75 agave nectar
1 oz lime
Small handfull of mint

Muddle mint and mix with rest of ingredients. Add ice, shake and serve. Top with soda water. Garnish with mint

Barrel aged tegroni. A take on a negroni with tequila. Aging the cocktail in the barrel add tertiary flavors like vanilla and oak. It also helps the cocktail mix together better and helps soften the spirits giving it a more rounded flavor.
Big batch
1 liter reposado
1 liter sweet vermouth
1 liter
Let sit in barrel for atleast a month

When serving pour 3oz of mix add ice and stir, pour in couple glass.

Margaritas wednesday goes a little like this.

2 oz 75 oz agave nectar
1 oz fresh lime juice5 oz Huana guanabana liqeuor
Mix all ingredients add ice shake and serve on pre set spicy rim glass

La bicicleta. Inspired take on the last word subbing maraschino liqour with Huana a Mayan guanabana liqueur.
75 gin75 Huana75 green chartreuse 75 fresh lime juice
Mis all ingredients add ice, Shake, and strain into coupe glass.
