Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
We are looking for a self-starter to coordinate Tri State's marketing programs to increase brand awareness and sales of our diverse services in the tri-state area. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for advertising strategies, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will help to ensure our company’s marketing efforts to help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
This role will perform a variety of communications and marketing related activities including creating and analyzing digital and non-digital ad campaigns, content management on Social Media and company's website, developing promotional materials, public relations, event and program coordination, plus more!
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
Be actively involved in SEO/SEM efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Prepare promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
Proven experience with web analytics, Google Adwords, InDesign or Canva, Constant Contact, Content Management Systems
Branding Initiatives
Experience with CRM’S and Email Campaigns
Experience with event planning and advertising for maximum company and community involvement
Proficient use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Video Editing (a plus)
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work and communicate effectively one-on-one and within a group
Superior attention to detail
Highly self-motivated and dependable
Possess a high degree of professionalism
Able to handle sensitive information and documents with confidentiality
Work Experience and Education:
2 Years Work Experience in Marketing with an emphasis in service-based businesses or Construction (Preferred)
2+ years social media campaign strategies
Bachelor’s in communications or Marketing (preferred)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, schedule may vary between 9 am to 8 pm
