The City of Chicago Department of Law (DOL) is hosting an Outside Counsel Open House & Interviews on March 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

This year’s Open House will be held virtually and will provide an opportunity for law firms of all sizes to learn more about working with the City as outside counsel.

Corporation Counsel Mary Richardson-Lowry and managing DOL attorneys will discuss how outside counsel works with the Department’s transactional and litigation divisions on legal matters.

Attendance at this introductory session is required for firms to enter a qualifying pool for any follow-up interviews. Registration is required, and firms must RSVP on the DOL website by February 27, 2026.
