Customer Success Coordinator Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
Job Description:
• Handles Customer Caseloads and performs project management duties to ensure the customer is handled in an efficient and effective way.
• Speaks with individuals in various parts of the world and handles their Customer Service needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Respond to client leads and provides information and follow-up on services
• Team player who values team culture and a team environment
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Communicates with Customer through telephone, email, through zoom, and occasionally in person.
• Ability to close the sale and attend to all the details and administrative tasks involved

Requirements:
• A minimum of High School Diploma; college courses or degree helpful
• A minimum of five years working in a professional customer-facing position
• A compassionate heart coupled with the ability to project positive customer care in a stressful environment.

Payroll/HR Coordinator Bi-Lingual
Artist Tree Landscape, located in Venice is seeking a Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Payroll/HR Coordinator. Be a part of a great team supporting 300 employees with the following duties and responsibilities:
• Weekly payroll processing, payroll change input. Preparing labor reports and accounting data entry.
• Assists the HR manager with various HR duties in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits, I-9 reporting, address and salary change data and other special HR projects as needed.
• Able to translate new hire process from Spanish – English;
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED; additional college-level classes a plus
• Above average English and Spanish skills
• Organized, excellent numeric/math skills. Previous payroll experience
• Above average experience with Microsoft office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.
• Experience with payroll and Timekeeping systems (Kronos experience a plus)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
