Built this one with layered halftones and controlled underbase percentages to keep the blend smooth without overloading the print

Red + blue overlays without turning muddy.

Sim process on black done the hard way.
Tight registration, controlled base, clean blends.
Most people just see the graphic. Printers see the underbase, mesh choices, and registration.
Dialed the red and blue to blend into a magenta transition without killing detail in the highlights
This is why high-color screen printing still matters.
Printed with real separations instead of AI slop
Getting this much color depth on black tees without making it feel like armor takes work.
