🧀 Pepperoncini Baked Feta Dip 🧀
💛The Recipe Card is IN THE VIDEO. Recipe Card and Links are in the Caption and the Comments 😊

You can pretty much sell me on anything with cheese, spinach, and pepperoncini! This dip has all three, with gooey mozzarella on top and a little kick in every bite. I saw this recipe from Jamie at Dishing Out Health and couldn’t wait to give it a try. 💛

I’m baking mine in my Pioneer Woman Pumpkin baking dish, and isn’t it just the sweetest thing for a fall table? I love that pretty orange pumpkin shape and the little gold-tone stem on the lid. It’s such a cute way to serve a warm dip when everybody gathers around. 🎃

And you know I had my large cheese grater out for that fresh mozzarella—Charlie knows that means cheese is coming! 🐾🧀 Grab some pita chips, crusty bread, or veggies and dig in with me.

Happy Sunday, friends! 💛 My heart is full. My daughter Sophia was baptized today, and we had such a wonderful service with so many visitors. The Lord came by, and we had a wonderful time together.

There’s a peace in my heart knowing Sophia has accepted Christ and has the promise of eternal life in heaven. As her mama, that means more to me than I can put into words.

These verses are especially precious to me today:

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”
— 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17

“And so shall we ever be with the Lord.” What a promise to hold on to! 💛

I’m sharing a little of my heart with you as we sing “When I Step Off On The Beautiful Shore.” I hope it brings some encouragement to your Sunday, too.

What’s something you’re thanking the Lord for today? I’d love for you to share with me. 💛
