Squarespace website design for a new business owner and Family Therapist in Miami, Florida. Overall color scheme is to reflect the calmness and professionalism of the therapist, to enable visitors to feel relaxed, to know they are in a safe space. Header & logo fonts were selected as a modernized alternative to a traditional use of Serif, with a touch of standardization with the paragraph fonts.
Features of the website include custom CSS for mobile font adjustments, custom HTML for on-page anchor links (visible with the SVG anchors – Squarespace does not offer these types of links natively, but Wix does), boilerplate templates for policies, Calendly integration, On-site SEO, and a contact form. – I also threw in a complimentary logo design ($250) to boost her confidence and solidify her new career.
The client initially attempted to build her own site but with severe frustration, she gave up. Not until she asked for help on Facebook, that I was recommended to her to rebuild the site. Total Design & Build time: 6 Hours.
