Thank you to Sunseed Research, LLC for donating nearly $1600 worth of items from our homelessness awareness wish list.

🟣Last year, an estimated 187 children living in the Sun Prairie School District experienced homelessness. Leticia (from Sunshine Place) and Claire (Sun Prairie Schools' McKinney–Vento Coordinator) can't wait to share the sweatpants, leggings, and undergarments with students who are currently homeless and/or are transitioning out of homelessness.

🟣We'll also be distributing the snowpants and other donated items through CARDS Closet.

Thank you to Sunseed Research, LLC for donating over $1500 of bedding items to The Bed Lady program for our campaign. We can't wait to distribute the 50 comforters and bedding sets to the children we visit!

Jen spent the afternoon organizing the gifts we purchased for Sunshine Place’s Spirit of Giving program. This year we sponsored gifts for six families with 20 children. Gift wishes included a guitar, pajamas, snow pants, boots, baseball kit, skates, telescope, keyboard, makeup kit, tablets, art set, Barbies, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle toys … and so much more!

We hope all the kiddos enjoy opening their gifts this holiday season with their families. 🎄
