"What do you charge? I have been burned by digital marketers before?"

I literally hear this at least 3 times a week from Estate Planning Attorneys and I honestly feel bad for them.

There are some real crooks out there who are consistently taking advantage of good attorneys who simply want to take care of their clients.

But to stop using the absolute fastest way to grow your law firm because you got burned back in 2012 is ridiculous.

If you want to grow your revenue, you have to get back on that digital marketing horse. Fear and business growth run in opposite directions and that is why so many law firms are stagnant.

The reason 99% of people never hit their goals is that they never take the risk.

True reward lies on the other side of the tension... outside of your comfort zone.

Being a lawyer in a small firm isn't easy...

A 2016 study by the Thomson Reuters Solo and Small Law Firm found that 78% of small law firms consider acquiring new client business either a moderate to significant challenge.

I would imagine it's a bit higher than that. We all tend to fudge a bit on surveys.

Other challenges included clients demanding more for less or rate pressure and spending too much time on administrative tasks.
