We’d like everyone to meet Nick, a young chocolate pit bull who came to the shelter two weeks ago. This guy hasn’t had the best start to his life, as he’s been the victim of neglect and a survivor of an embedded collar. He’s understandably a bit shy, but warms up quickly, especially when you have a treat to share! He’s also great with other dogs.

Hanging out with Nick is Officer McDaniel, who is enjoying his first week out of our agency’s Field Training Program.
