We have had a lot of clients in the last decade of doing business but this may be the most unique and entertaining group of people we've ever had the privilege to serve!

Cannot echo these enough!
1 - A Good PAPER Planner for time and habit management.

2 - A Good fidget toy for zoom meetings.... something non-distracting and off camera!

3 - A rich green growing plant!

4 - A sweater with a great neckline! Zoom calls are great when you just have to toss on the Pro-Apparel sweater or scarf/shawl/cowl necked poncho!

5 - A Good slipper that will not shock if caught on camera!

6 - A chug water bottle because sipping through straws in virtual meetings is wierd and it should be non-distracting. Black!

This gear helps me plow through a day of work from my kitchen table

We love to support local business but the farmers of Southern Colorado really make it easy! No meal prep kits or "trucked in" food for our team. We buy local fresh food! Tag your favorite farmstead in a comment and tell us why they are the best!

Pueblo chile farmers had a terrific harvest this year. However, public health restrictions on large gatherings will limit how many people can buy their produce at the annual Pueblo Chile and Frijoles Festival. So, customers are encouraged to visit the farm stands now.

As COVID-19 takes its toll worldwide some clients have had to end our contracts, understandably. Layoffs are always painstaking decisions but they are important for many to maintain a business and jobs to return to. We honor their difficult decisions. We didn't expect to receive such a beautiful symbol of appreciation. We are so pleased to have worked with and for the last two years and are heartbroken to part ways. They are incredible home builders in the greater Edmonton Area and we couldn't recommend them more highly.

What does it mean to collaborate? Especially as a woman in business I have a tendency to hold back for fear that my contribution will be perceived as bossy or interjecting. But when the goal is collaboration good collaborative leaders are looking for helpful contributions. I spent a lot of time on large conference calls this week and I noticed the strangest thing. As soon as men enter the call, they announced their presence but on EVERY SINGLE CALL this week the women sat back and waited to be introduced even when they were running point on the call. Or in one case a call leader began with an apology for interrupting the men's conversation so she could start the meeting. I couldn't help but wonder why women fear or withhold their contribution. It is especially important for virtual EA's to find their voice and speak up because there are so many skills and valuable assets we bring to the party but no one realizes it until we say something. No one knows to ask. I am sure others have had this same experience...tell me your story of a time you made a contribution that was worthwhile to your team.
